I don't know exactly what kind of audience a band like Citizen Jim can address, but what I understand is that these guys have something really different to offer than what we usually hear. They blend a lot of genres without blabbering anywhere, as a band they seem to have thought through what they want to do and do it boldly, and their moods sound like crazy kids who started out playing for fun and ended up with something really good and interesting. "Bastardoupoli," after all, is everyone's town, and it's not imaginary at all. Bravo!"
